My Travel Site is not Working?

If your travel site is not working please review the following points and check that : 

  • Make sure you are still logged into your back office. If you are timed out of your back office your travel site will not work. 
  • Make sure you have a good internet connection
  • Make sure you are active (paid membership)
  • Are you a new member who has been registered for less than 7 days?
  • Have you completed the verification?
     

If your travel site is still not working please email support@travorium.com. 

In your email provide a brief description of the issue you are experiencing.
