Why was I charged for my membership, when I have three partners?

If you were charged your monthly membership and you believe that you shouldn't have (because you were qualified). You will want to go to your back office and click on 'Commissions'.

The first thing you would want to do is look at your Available Cash Balance. If your Available Cash Balance is LESS than your current membership level (Silver, Titanium, or Platinum) your card will be billed the full membership price.

If your Available Cash Balance is MORE than your current Membership Level. Your commissions will cover your auto-ship for that month. 

PLEASE NOTE: The monthly membership is always required. Being qualified with three partners makes you eligible to earn Daily Pay which can cover the cost of your monthly membership*

 *Daily pay is paid out provided that you meet the qualifications to earn as stated in the Compensation plan
