How can I upgrade my account/membership?

If you are looking to upgrade your account from Silver or Titanium to Platinum you will first need to be sure you are active and current on your monthly membership. 


If you are active you will want to click on 'Account' on the left-hand side of your back office. Click on 'Manage Travel Membership'. Select the membership level that is different from your current membership and click on 'Continue'.

If you change to a HIGHER Travel Membership, you will be required to pay the higher amount immediately.

You will need to review the order for the upgrade cost of the membership and click on 'Continue'. 


Select from the available payment methods to complete your payment. Once the payment has passed your account will update.
