How can I downgrade my account/membership?

If you are looking to downgrade your account from Platinum to Titanium you will first need to be sure you are active and current on your monthly membership. 


If you are active you will want to click on 'Account' on the left-hand side of your back office. Click on 'Manage Travel Membership'. Select the membership level that is different from your current membership and click on 'Continue'.


You will be given the next payment due date and the new amount and you can either click back or 'Proceed'. If you click 'Proceed' the change will be made.

You will confirm your new monthly membership payment.


Downgrading: Please note that when lowering your membership level, your points cannot exceed the cap of travel points at that tier. If you have more points than the cap, your points will be lowered to reflect the membership you are downgrading to. 

For example, if someone is a Platinum member with 6,000 travel points and downgraded to a Titanium member, their travel points would be reduced to 3,360 travel points and they would lose 2,640 travel points.
