How can I update my address (different country)?

If you need to update your address to a different country, please contact Customer Support and be prepared to provide:

✅ A valid proof of residency document that includes your name, current address, and is dated within the last 3 months.

Acceptable documents include:

• Utility bill

• Bank statement

• Rental agreement

• Home loan document

• Along with a photo of your identification

If you’re unsure whether your document is acceptable, please reach out to our support team for clarification.

⚠️ Important: Once your address is updated, no further changes can be made for 30 days.
