How can I find my Getaway reservations?

Step 1: Access "Dreamcations tab"

Start by logging into your account on our website. Once logged in, look for the "Dreamcations" tab. 

Step 2: Navigate to the "Getaways"

Within the "Dreamcations" section, find and click on the "Getaways" option. This will take you to the dedicated space where you can explore and manage your travel-related activities.

Step 3: Access "My Account"

Now, look for a bubble or icon with your initials in the top right corner of the page. Click on this icon to reveal a dropdown menu. From the menu, select "My Account."

Step 4: Explore "Purchases"

Within your account dashboard, locate the "Purchases" section. This is where you can find a detailed record of all your transactions and reservations.

Step 5: View Your Reservations

Once in the "Purchases" section, you'll find a list of your past and current reservations. This includes details such as the date of booking, the type of service, and any relevant information about your travel plans.

Step 6: Locate Your Specific Reservation

Scroll through the list to find the reservation you're looking for. You can use filters or search options if available to quickly locate the specific reservation you need information about.
