What is the refund policy?

Travorium provides a 14-day refund policy for the initial enrollment. To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your membership and submit a refund request via Live Chat or email at support@travorium.com before the 14th day from the date of joining. Failure to cancel and request a refund within this timeframe disqualifies you from receiving a refund.


Refunds are only applicable to Silver, Titanium, or Platinum memberships.


It's important to note that the partnership fee (license fee) is non-refundable, as is the monthly membership fee.


Please be aware that refund requests can only be initiated by the account holder. Refund requests made by any other person will not be considered valid and will not be honored.
