Travorium offers a 14-day refund policy for initial enrollment.
To be eligible for a refund:
You must cancel your membership, and
Submit a refund request via Live Chat or by emailing support@travorium.com
This must be done within 14 days, where Day 1 is your original enrollment date.
Important Notes:
Refunds apply only to Silver, Titanium, or Platinum memberships.
The partnership (license) fee and any monthly membership fees are non-refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted by the account holder only. Requests made by anyone else will not be accepted.
