I requested commissions but I don't see it in my Pay Quicker account

We understand how important it is to have timely access to your funds, and we want to ensure the process is as smooth and transparent as possible.

? Commission Processing Schedule

  • Commissions are processed every Friday.

To receive your commissions in your PayQuicker account, you must:

  1. Log into your Travorium back office

  2. Go to Business > Commission > Withdraw Funds (on the left-hand side menu)

  3. Submit a withdrawal request

Important Deadlines

  • Please keep in mind that the weekly cutoff to receive your withdrawal for the same Friday is Wednesday of each week.

  • If you make a withdrawal after Wednesday, your funds will be processed and sent out on Friday of the following week.

Because there is a high volume of withdrawals on Fridays, it could take up to 11:59 PM PST on Friday for the funds to be deposited into your PayQuicker account.

? Additional Reminders:

  • You must have sufficient available commission balance in your back office to request a withdrawal.

  • If you do not receive your withdrawal by 11:59 PM PST on Friday, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to review your request.
