How do I request Commissions?

Modified on Wed, 18 Sep at 12:02 PM

To request your commission, you will need to:

  1. Log into your back office.

  2. Click on the Business tab located on the left-hand side.

  3. Find the drop-down tab that says Commissions.

Once you click the Commissions tab, you will see the option to choose the Withdraw Funds tab.

  1. When you click on the Withdraw Funds section in your back office, you will be given the option to request an amount of commissions to be sent to your PayQuicker account. Your back office will inform you of what is available to be withdrawn.

The minimum amount of money you can request is $40.00, and the maximum amount of commissions you can request will be your available balance to withdraw.

Note: You must leave a minimum balance to cover your next month's membership at all times.

Important Information

Requests made to receive funds from e-wallets by Wednesday are processed on Friday of the same week. Commissions are calculated daily and paid weekly.

Commission Policy

It is a partner's responsibility to request commissions from their e-wallet. Commissions continue to accrue until a partner requests funds from their e-wallet. Commissions can be withdrawn when your balance is more than your monthly membership fee. Funds cannot be withdrawn below the membership fee balance. If a partner cancels the business, any remaining balance is forfeited. Funds cannot be withdrawn from an account that is inactive. A partner will be sent an invitation to create a PayQuicker account once commissions have been earned.

Please keep in mind: The commissions in your back office should not be used as a savings account. If our system notices a high amount of commissions that have not been withdrawn from your back office, we will automatically withdraw the funds into your PayQuicker account for you.
