I requested commissions but I don't see it in my Pay Quicker account?

We understand that having your funds available in your account for use is important and we want to make sure you have all the information necessary to make the process seamless and easy.

We process commissions every Friday.

You must request your commissions from your back office (on the left-hand side click on 'Business' > 'Commission' > 'Withdraw Funds') to have your commissions transferred from Travorium back office to your Pay Quicker account. 

If you make a request by Wednesday you will receive those funds on Friday of the same week.  If you request the funds on Friday or after you will receive those funds the following Friday. 

It is important to consider that you must have sufficient commissions to request them to your PayQuicker account.
