I requested commissions but I don't see it in my Pay Quicker account?

We understand that having your funds available for use is important, and we want to ensure the process is as seamless and clear as possible.

? Commission Processing

  • Commissions are processed every Friday.

To receive your commissions in your PayQuicker account, you must:

  1. Log into your Travorium back office

  2. Click on ‘Business’ > ‘Commission’ > ‘Withdraw Funds’ (located on the left-hand side)

  3. Submit a withdrawal request

Timing and Cutoff

  • If you submit your request by Wednesday, you will receive your funds on Friday of the same week.

  • If you submit your request on Friday or after, your funds will be processed on Friday of the following week.

Please note: It can take up until 11:59 PM PST on Friday for the funds to appear in your PayQuicker account.

? Additional Reminder

  • You must have sufficient available commissions in your account to submit a withdrawal request.

  • If you do not see your funds after 11:59 PM PST on the scheduled payout Friday, feel free to reach out to support, and we’ll gladly review it for you.
