I requested commissions but I don't see it in my Pay Quicker account?

We understand that having your funds available in your account for use is important, and we want to ensure you have all the necessary information to make the process seamless and easy.

We process commissions every Friday.


You must request your commissions from your back office (on the left-hand side, click on Business > Commission > Withdraw Funds) to transfer your commissions from the Travorium back office to your PayQuicker account.


If you make a request by Wednesday, you will receive those funds on Friday of the same week. If you request the funds on Thursday or later, you will receive those funds the following Friday. Please keep in mind that it could take until 11:59 PM PST on the Friday you get paid to receive your funds.


It is important to note that you must have sufficient commissions available to request them to your PayQuicker account.
