To verify your account you will need to access your Travel Site link. Here there will be a link to request the verification of your identity if it has not been done so.
You will need to review and follow the prompts carefully.
Note: To change the language a circle should appear with a word next to it indicating the language. Click on this to drop down the list of all available languages.
You will need to provide your country of residence/where your ID is registered. Carefully review what options for your country are available to upload.
Make sure you provide the correct form of ID as you have selected. Take a clear photo of the front as instructed (and if necessary the back). Please do not upload letters, documents, statements, bills, etc into the verification system.
The following step will require three live photos of yourself to match the ID. Once this is completed you will receive a notice if anything is required or if you have completed the verification!
