What is the difference between a customer and a partner?

Modified on Wed, 18 Sep at 1:10 PM

A customer is a member who only elects a travel membership: Silver, Titanium, or Platinum.

  • Customer volume does not begin counting until after they have completed 14 days as a customer.

  • Once a customer completes their first 14 days, they will permanently remain a customer and cannot upgrade to become a partner.

  • A customer will not enter the Waiting Room or the Genealogy; rather, their volume will count automatically towards the leg with lesser volume.

A partner is a person who takes the license to sell the product and earn commissions.

  • A partner with only a license holds no volume.

  • A partner with only the license will not enter the Waiting Room unless they begin to add volume within their initial 7 days from enrollment. After the initial 7 days from enrollment, if they begin to earn volume, they will automatically be placed into the first available leg. Volume can come from either a sale of one of the three travel memberships: Silver, Titanium, or Platinum, or if the partner chooses to add a travel membership to their account.
