Why didn't my new member go into the Waiting Room?

If you noticed that a new member you signed up did not go into your Waiting Room you want to check a few things:


  • Did the person join as a customer only?
    • Check your 'Personal Customers' list to see if your new member appears here. If they do please note they only paid for a Silver, Titanium, or Platinum membership and no partner license was added
    • Customer volume will instead contribute to your weakest leg after 14 days of being a customer 
  • Did the person join as a partner only?
    • Persons with only a license cannot go into the downline until they have volume-- this can be earned through personal CSV (purchase or upgrade to a Silver, Titanium, or Platinum membership) or through the enrollment of a new member
    • Once they have acquired CSV they will go into the Waiting Room
