If my account cancels due to non payment can I reinstate it?

Membership Cancellation Policy: any account that has been canceled due to non-payment past the 89th day of their inactive policy will be required to pay a fee pertaining to their membership in addition to the monthly membership payment to receive full credit of their travel points (Platinum $240 + Monthly Membership fee; Titanium $120 + Monthly Membership fee). 

  • The customer is responsible for contacting support to request the reinstatement of points within 7 days of the account canceling. 
  • The customer will need to get in touch during Travorium's normal business hours and request reinstatement of their account.
  • This offer is only applicable once throughout the lifetime of the customer's account. 
  • Silver members are not applicable
  • There are no exceptions.
