Travorium offers a 14-day refund policy for the initial travel membership enrollment. You must cancel your membership and then request for a refund via Live Chat or email at support@travorium.com before your 14th day. If you do not CANCEL and REQUEST a refund within 14 days of joining your program you will not qualify for a refund.
You are only eligible to receive a refund on our Silver, Titanium, or Platinum memberships.
Your partnership fee is non-refundable. Your monthly membership fee is non-refundable.
Please note: Only the account holder can request a refund. Refund requests made by any other person are not considered valid refund requests and will not be honored.
